Assembly

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Install a flange (79) with a sealing ring (197) and teflon rings (115) in the transmission case. Before installation of a flange (79), be convinced that the greasing constrictor is established in a flange (79), - for installation of a flange (79) use two bolts about 80 mm long.
2. Establish basic laying (113) on a flange (79).
3. Insert the bearing of a brake B2 (29) with a finger (20) into the transmission case. Bigger diameter of a finger (28) has to be directed to a brake tape of a brake B2 (27).
4. Insert the plastic directing ring (88a) and a radial epiploon (88) into the transmission case. At installation, the sealing edge has to be directed to a cover of the piston (17) of a brake tape.

5. Check a persistent part of a brake of B2 (29) for a curvature. A persistent part, an opening and an ear (shooters), at removal, have to settle down water and same situation.
6. Install a new sealing ring in the transmission case. Insert a persistent part of a brake of B2 (29) an ear up.
7. Squeeze a brake tape of a brake B2 (27) as far as it is possible and insert it into the case, - the brake tape can be established by means of a lock ring for the B2 (23) piston.

Planetary couple is established correctly when the upper edge of a connecting support (shooter) is lower, than a basic surface (138) of an external multidisk brake of LB3. Establish a spring (134). The ledge (arrow A) on a spring has to be established inside. The damping spring has to be installed in a groove (arrow B) in the transmission case.
13. Install the piston of a brake B2 (15), having pressed a cover of the piston of a brake of B2 (17) and having inserted a lock ring (23).
14. Establish and check a gap in a multidisk brake of LB3.
