Removal, check of a state and installation of the converter of rotation (hydrotransformer)

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Install the transmission by the rotation converter up.
2. Turn a plastic finger of the converter of rotation on 1/4 turns counterclockwise.
3. Tighten handles (065) on the rotation converter
4. Take the rotation converter.

Check

The case of the converter of rotation has the following nominal overall dimensions:

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Install the rotation converter assembled with the secondary pump the leading flange up on a measuring plate (05).
2. Measure the dimensional height of "A" of the case of the converter of rotation. If the result of measurement exceeds extreme admissible value, replace the converter.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Grease a flange (32) with means of Molykote.
2. Establish a plastic finger and turn it on 1/4 turns clockwise.
3. Unscrew handles (065) from the rotation converter.
4. By means of a caliper measure the size of a vystupaniye "A" of the converter of rotation over the interfaced transmission case surface. The nominal rate makes 9.6 mm.
