Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Fix the transmission on a support.
2. Remove the blocking bearing (113).
3. Turn off a nut (88) and remove a flange (87).
4. Remove the lever of inclusion (71) of the 1st transfer.
5. Turn off a bolt (101) and remove a shaft (103).
6. Turn off bolts (82a) and uncover the transmission (82).

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Replace laying (50), grease bolts (82a) with sealant 001 369 2520 (Hylomar) and tighten bolts the moment of 23 Nanometers.
2. Replace a sealing ring (103a), grease a bolt (101) with sealant 001 989 25 20 (Hylomar) and tighten its moment 5 Nanometers.
3. Replace a nut (88) and tighten its moment 160 Nanometers.
4. Further installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.
