1. Bring the engine into situation 45 ° before VMT of the piston of the first cylinder in situation. 2. Block cores (01) camshafts of the right head of the block of cylinders. 3. Remove a natyazhitel of a chain of the GRM drive and the right tension lever (2) from above. 4. Block a chain on asterisks of camshafts by means of wedges (04) and (05). 5. Vypressuyte a finger of a chain (4) between inlet and final asterisks. 6. By means of the screw-driver remove a plate (8) chains (4). 7. Take a dual link of a chain (4). 8. Attach a new chain (5) to old (4) by means of a link (6) and an intermediate plate (7) (thickness of 1.6 mm) and an external plate (8). 9. Take fingers (01). |

1. Remove a wedge (05), pressing a hand a chain to asterisks of camshafts at this stage. 2. Weaken the provision of a wedge (04) on an asterisk of a final shaft. 3. Rotate a bent shaft by means of a key (10), pressing a hand a chain to asterisks of camshafts. Make sure that the chain did not move at rotation. At the same time the new chain has to be established in GRM cover. 4. Disconnect the end of an old chain (4) from a new chain (5). 5. Rotate a bent shaft until there are opportunities to connect the ends of a new chain by means of a connecting link. 6. Establish wedges (04) and (05) on asterisks. 7. Connect a new chain (5) a link (6) and a plate (7).

1. Establish capture (1) of a press and insert a chain into it. Screw a bolt (28). 2. Establish a mobile persistent plate (2). 3. Insert an external plate (8) (thickness of 1.2 mm) into a mobile persistent plate. 4. Chain a press. 5. Screw a bolt (06) and press a chain. Make sure that fingers of a connecting link are pressed in an external plate (8). 6. Remove a press. |

1. Move a persistent plate (shooter) (2) back. 2. Establish a press over the central finger. 3. Tighten a bolt (06) the moment of 30 Nanometers. 4. Fingers of a connecting link (6) are pressed separately. 5. Check a press fitting (arrows) and, if necessary, repeat it. 6. Install camshafts in control situation. 7. Establish a natyazhitel of a chain. 8. Check control position of camshafts. |
