Designation of inserts of radical bearings and installation of a bent shaft

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish covers of radical bearings, observing designation and starting with the first. The adjusting surface of the block of cylinders - is asymmetric, covers of a bent shaft can be established only in one situation.
2. Grease a carving part and contact surfaces of nuts and tighten their moment 50 Nanometers.
3. Grease a carving part and contact surfaces of side bolts of M10x40, establish them with laying and tighten the moment 50 Nanometers.
4. Measure an opening under the radical bearing in the A, V and S directions at two levels (conicity). If diameter of an opening is more than admissible or has conicity, establish on the interfaced cover surface a plate (max. to 0:02 mm).
5. Insert the lower insert and establish a cover of the radical bearing. Tighten nuts and side bolts the moment of 50 Nanometers.
6. Measure diameters of openings and write down them.
7. Measure diameters of radical necks and define a radial gap of bearings of a bent shaft. Achievement of the required radial gap can be reached by replacement of inserts.
8. Measure width of a neck of the radical bearing. Define an axial gap of a bent shaft. Repair inserts are delivered the increased size.
9. Oil inserts and a bent shaft motive and establish a bent shaft.

Inserts with oil channels are established from above!

10. Tighten covers of radical bearings in the order specified illustrations.

11. Measure an axial side play of a bent shaft.
12. Turn a bent shaft by hand and check ease of its rotation.

Designation of inserts of conrod bearings and their installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check conrod bolts.
2. Insert inserts of conrod bearings, establish covers of rods with inserts and tighten nuts or bolts the moment of 35 Nanometers.
3. Measure diameter of an opening under a conrod neck and write down it.
4. Measure width of a conrod neck and define a radial gap of conrod bearings.
5. Grease inserts, a bent shaft, pistons and cylinders with motive oil. Install pistons and rods.
6. Tighten nuts and bolts of fastening of conrod covers.
7. Measure an axial side play of rods.
