Removal and installation of a contact spring

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a steering wheel.
2. Remove the lower cover of the dashboard.
3. Disconnect the conducting socket from a signal or a contact spring of a safety cushion (A45x1).
4. Disconnect the socket of conducting of the relay of a contact spring (A45x2).
5. Turn off fastening bolts (32h) of the contact coil (A45).
6. Carefully remove the coil (A45) from a pipe.
7. Be convinced of correctness of installation of a lock ring (70h).

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check distance of "b" between a lock ring (70h) and an arm (85).
2. Check the contact coil (A45) for absence of damage.

Installation

Installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.
