1. Remove the conic roller bearing (3). 2. Remove laying (4). 3. Vypressuyte a krylchatka (5) by means of the screw-driver. 4. Remove a lock ring (6). 5. Remove the synchronizer 3-/4-y of transfers (7) and a gear wheel of the 3rd transfer (18) with the needle bearing. |
6. Vypressuyte gear wheel of the 1st transfer, gear wheel of a backing and conic roller bearing. For this purpose establish a stripper on a gear wheel of the 1st transfer (33) and remove gear wheels (33) and (35) with the conic roller bearing (36). |

7. Remove the coupling, a fork and the lever of gear shifting. At first remove the lever (29) with a gear shifting fork. Remove the coupling (26) from the synchronizer. |
|
8. Remove a lock ring (30). 9. Remove the synchronizer (25) of inclusion of the 1/2nd of transfers and a gear wheel of the 2nd transfer (22) with the needle bearing. 10. Remove synchronizer rings. 11. Check all removed elements for lack of wear. 12. Clamp the leading shaft without synchronizer rings in a vice with soft sponges. 13. Establish the conducted shaft on leading. Rotate the conducted shaft so that the conic bearing was installed correctly. |
14. Measure distance of "a" between the limiter and the synchronizer (7) of the 3/4th of transfers. |

15. Adjust distance of "a" laying (4) for what remove or press the conic roller bearing (3). Laying 0.05, 0.1, 0.5, 0.9 and 1.2 mm thick is issued.

|
16. Establish the conducted shaft in an intermediate case, rotate the conducted shaft so that the conic bearing was installed by the correct image. |
17. Measure distance of "b" between the synchronizer (7) of the 3/4th of transfers and contact by a surface of an intermediate case (49). |
|
18. Take an external ring of the bearing (43) of an intermediate case (49), insert laying (44) and press an external ring of the bearing again. Laying 0.2, 0.3 and 0.5 mm thick is issued.

Assembly
|
1. Assembly is carried out as it should be, the return to removal. Install the coupling (26) so that asymmetric tips of shlits (A) were established towards a gear wheel of the 2nd transfer (22). 2. Establish a fork with the lever (29). The distance between the leader and conducted by shaft has to make 1.5 mm, distance between the synchronizer 3-/4-y of transfers and a contact surface of an intermediate case - 138.4 mm.

1. Remove a lock ring (180), the persistent bearing (181), a disk spring (182), spring laying (183), laying (184) and a lock ring (185). 2. Remove a lock ring (6). Lock rings 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4 mm thick are issued.
3. Remove the synchronizer (7) 3/4th of transfers of t a gear wheel of the 3rd transfer (18) with the needle bearing. |
4. Remove a gear wheel of the 1st transfer, a gear wheel of a backing and the conic roller bearing. |

5. Remove a fork with the coupling and the lever of gear shifting. |

6. Remove a lock ring (30). 7. Remove the synchronizer (25) and a gear wheel of the 2nd transfer (22) with the needle bearing. 8. Remove synchronizer rings. 9. Check all removed elements for lack of wear and damages. 10. Clamp the leading shaft (2) without synchronizer rings in a vice with soft sponges. |
11. Insert a persistent washer (123), the persistent bearing (124) and the needle bearing (125) without spring (121). |
|
12. Measure distance of "a" between the limiter and the synchronizer (7) of the 3/4th of transfers. Adjust distance of "a" by means of persistent washers (124). Persistent washers (124) from 4.3 to 5.2 mm thick with a step of 0.1 mm are issued.

13. Measure distance of "b" between the synchronizer (7) of the 3/4th of transfers and a contact surface of an intermediate case (49). |
|
14. Take an external holder of the bearing (43) of an intermediate case (49), insert laying (44) and again press an external holder (1) bearing. Laying 0.2, 0.3 and 0.5 mm thick is issued.

Assembly

1. Assembly is carried out as it should be, the return to removal. Install the coupling (26) so that asymmetric tips of shlits (A) were established towards a gear wheel of the 2nd transfer (22). |

2. Establish a fork with the lever (29). |
|
3. Distance between the leader and conducted by shaft of 1.5 mm, distance between the synchronizer of the 3/4th of transfers and a contact surface of an intermediate case - 138.4 mm.
