Removal and installation of a final collector

Forward left final collector

Details of installation of a back right final collector (the left forward is established specularly)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

At installation replace самоконтрящейся nuts (12) and, if necessary, laying (156/1).

Forward right final collector

Details of installation of a back left final collector (the right forward is established specularly)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. For removal of a forward right final collector remove the generator, the air pump, weaken fastening and fix sideways the directing pipe of the index of level of oil, disconnect an air supply tube on a head of the block of cylinders and fix it sideways.
2. At installation replace самоконтрящиеся nuts (12) and, if necessary, laying (156/1) and (156/2).

Back left final collector

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. For removal of a back left final collector it is necessary to disconnect the following elements: a forward left final collector, the electronic drive of management of a butterfly valve together with the case of a butterfly valve, the valve of recirculation of the fulfilled gases. Turn off a bolt of fastening of the left support of the engine.
2. At installation replace самоконтрящиеся nuts (12) and, if necessary, laying (156/1) and (156/2).

Back right final collector

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. For removal of a back right final collector it is necessary to disconnect the following elements: a forward right final collector, the electronic drive of management of a butterfly valve together with the case of a butterfly valve, the valve of recirculation of the fulfilled gases. Turn off a bolt of fastening of the left support of the engine.
2. At installation replace самоконтрящиеся nuts (12) and, if necessary, laying (156/2).
