Camshaft regulator

Removal

Details of installation of the regulator of the camshaft


1 — the Directing lever of the right head of the block of cylinders 2 — the Directing lever left heads of the block of cylinders 3, 15 — Bolts 4 — Fittings	5 — the Lock finger 6 — the Nut 12 — the Cover 13 — a camshaft Asterisk 14 — the Plunger 16 — the Flange

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the top covers (30) and (30a). 2. Remove the directing levers (1) and (2).
3. Turn off a bolt (3) and remove fittings (4).
4. Turn off a nut (6), - hold the camshaft (22) from a provorachivaniye a key (25).
5. Uncover (12), an asterisk of the camshaft (13) and an adjusting plunger (14). Turn off a flange (16) from the inlet camshaft (22) and remove it.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Install a flange (16) on the camshaft (22). Pay attention to an adjusting finger (21). 2. Tighten a flange (16) to the camshaft (22). Hold the camshaft (22) with a key (25) and tighten bolts (15).
3. Establish an adjusting plunger (14) on a flange (16) in the fixed situation, rotating it clockwise.
4. Establish an asterisk of the camshaft (13) on an adjusting plunger (14) in the fixed situation, rotating it counterclockwise.
5. Establish a cover (12).
6. Install fittings (4). The finger (shooter) in fittings (4) has to be combined with an adjusting plunger (18). 7. Screw a bolt (3), holding fittings (4) for a lyska (shooter).
