A transfer of head headlights from the mode of passing beam in the mode of driving beam is made by push-up of the lever of the understeering switch from itself, - automatically on an instrument guard the corresponding control lamp of characteristic blue light has to light up. For cutoff of driving beam return the lever to a starting position.

Also the possibility of the alarm system is provided by driving beam: the alarm system is carried out by procrastination of the lever of the understeering switch on itself and irrespective of the chosen position of the handle of the choice of the mode of functioning of external lighting fixtures.

The alarm system driving beam remains possible even at the switched-off ignition.

Activation of indexes of turns is made by push-up of the lever of the left understeering switch in the corresponding direction (black shooters). The lever is transferred up or down, to dependences of the chosen direction of change of course.

At transfer of the lever to extreme top/lower situation (before click) the corresponding indexes of turns will continue to function until the steering wheel is not returned in rectilinear situation (the terminal switch will work), or so far the lever will not be returned in neutral situation.

Short-term inclusion of indexes, for example, at intention to replace a lane of the movement is made by easy procrastination of the lever up or down (white shooters).

Management of functioning of cleaners/washers of a windshield and lenses of headlights

The tank of the washing liquid, and also the line and nozzle of its giving are equipped with heating elements.

Activation of cleaners and washers wind and lenses of headlights is possible only at the included ignition (a key in position of ON or ASS).

Short-term pressing the face push-button switch leads to single operation of screenwash without supply of the washing liquid.

The mode should be used only at a wet windshield.

Utaplivaniye of the push-button switch with overcoming resistance allows to carry out the giving on a windshield of the washing liquid which is followed by operation of a screen wiper. At the activated running fires / the turned-on passing beam of headlights faroochistitel at the same time will be put in action.

Activation of the normal modes of screen wipers is made by means of the ring regulator installed in a back part of the handle of the combined switch. In situation 0 screen wipers are switched off. Transfer of the regulator to situation I leads to activation of screen wipers in the interval mode.

On the models equipped with the rain sensor, screen wipers make one wave, then the period of cycles of operation of brushes is regulated automatically. In position of the regulator II screen wipers function in the normal high-speed mode. Situation III serves for transfer of screen wipers to the mode of the accelerated functioning.

On the models equipped with the rain sensor at a stop of the car there is an automatic switching of the period of operation of screen wipers to one step back.

Understeering switch of management of functioning of a tempostat

The switch of management of functioning of a tempostat is located on a steering column above the combined understeering switch.

The detailed description of the principles of management of functioning of a tempostat is provided in the Section of the Control system of speed (темпостат) and Speedtronic.

Button of activation of a horn

The button of inclusion of a sound signal is built in a stupichny part of a steering wheel.

Switch of the choice of the mode of functioning of external lighting/alarm fixtures

The choice of the mode of functioning of external lighting fixtures (dimensions, passing beam) is made by means of located at the left on the dashboard of the rotary handle.

There is a possibility of the choice of one of the following modes of external lighting.

Marker lights - join lobbies and back marker lights, lamps of illumination of registration plate.

Passing beam - in additives to fires involved in the previous position of the handle passing beam of head headlights is turned on.

The right parking fires - are activated the right forward and back marker lights.

The left parking fires - are activated the left forward and back marker lights.

The fog light - a switch handle pulling to the first emphasis leads to activation of a fog light.

The fog light - a switch handle pulling to the second emphasis leads to additional activation of a back foggy lamp.

The regular complete set of all models included function of the sound notification of the driver about need of shutdown of lighting before an exit from the car. The alarm buzzer works in attempt of opening of a driver's door at the switched-off ignition (a key in situation 0 or 1) in case the handle of the choice of the mode of external lighting is not transferred to situation 0 or one of parking provisions or.

Remember that excessively long functioning of external lighting at the killed engine is fraught with replanting of the rechargeable battery!

Regulator of an inclination of optical axes of headlights

The wheel switch of adjustment of an inclination of optical axes of headlights is located in the left part of the dashboard and has four fixed situation (0, 1, 2 and 3)

The switch serves for adjustment of a distance of lighting (at inclusion of passing beam), for the purpose of prevention of dazzle of drivers of passers and ahead of the going vehicles.

The regulator has to be installed in the situation (according to the tables given below) corresponding to the number of passengers and extent of loading of the car.

Handle of an otpuskaniye of the parking brake

On the models considered in the present manual the foot drive of the parking brake is used. Raisings of the parking brake it is made by squeezing located at the left under the pedal dashboard. The handle of an otpuskaniye of the parking brake at the left on the car dashboard is also marked with the pictogram of the corresponding content. The pulling of the handle leads to an instant otpuskaniye of the parking brake, - the corresponding control lamp (see the Section Combination of Devices, measuring instruments and control lamps and light indicators) on an instrument guard has to go out.

Adjustment of provision of a steering wheel

Models with the manual drive of the regulator

The lever of an otpuskaniye of the lock mechanism is located at the left on the dashboard. For an otpuskaniye of a clamp wring out the lever down to an emphasis, then nominate a steering wheel to yourself, or wring out it from yourself. Having achieved a comfortable position of a steering wheel, wring out the lever down and release, - return of the lever to the normal (locked) situation has to happen automatically.

Models with the electric drive of the regulator

The switch of management of functioning of the electric drive of adjustment of situation the helmsman of a column is located at the left on the dashboard. The electric drive the helmsman of a column functions only at the included ignition.

For adjustment of provision of a steering wheel in the longitudinal direction pull the switch (1) on yourself or wring out it in the dashboard. Adjustment of provision of a column in the vertical plane is made by switch lever shift in the corresponding direction.

The chosen situation the helmsman of a column / wheel can be written down in memory of the onboard processor together with data on provisions of seats and external rear-view mirrors (see the Section Adjustment of Seats).

Switch ignition/lock of blocking of a steering column

The lock of ignition is located on the dashboard to the right of a steering column. The key can occupy one of four fixed provisions in the lock:

0 — Blocking of a steering column
1 — Auxiliary consumers of the electric power (parking situation)
2 — Ignition is included
3 — Start of the engine

Situation 0 - blocking of a steering column

The key can be entered into the lock or is taken from it only in this situation. At turn of the ignition key from situation 0 in situation 1 there is an unblocking of a steering column. Besides, on the models equipped with automatic transmission, an additional condition of permission of start is obligatory transfer of the lever of the selector to situation "P".

The key can be taken from the ignition lock only after its turn in situation 0.

On models with AT extraction of a key from the lock of ignition becomes possible only after transfer of the lever of the selector to situation "P".

Blocking the helmsman of a column is carried out automatically in attempt to turn a steering wheel after extraction of a key from the ignition lock.

Blocking the helmsman of a column sometimes brings impossibility to turn a key in the ignition lock. In such situation it is necessary to turn slightly a steering wheel in this or that party (for the purpose of removal of loading), at the same time turning a key in the lock.

Do not take a key from the lock from the ignition lock during the movement at all! It will inevitably lead to blocking of a steering column and loss of control over management. Take out a key from the lock only after a full stop of the car!

At an open forward door there is a possibility of activation of electric drives of adjustment of seats, a steering column, window regulators and a cover of the top hatch at the key taken from the ignition lock.

Situation 1 - parking

In this position of the ignition key the possibility of functioning of auxiliary consumers of the electric power (the audio system, the lighter, the heater fan, screen wipers, etc.) is provided.

Situation 2 - ignition is included

The ignition key is in this situation constantly during the movement of the car, and also during the operation of the engine on single turns. On diesel models the turn of a key in situation 2 before start of the engine leads to activation of system of preheat. Electric food of all systems and the additional equipment installed on the car is at the same time provided. At turn of a key from situation 1 situation 2 quickly joins some of the control lamps located on an instrument guard of the car, confirming serviceability of functioning of the corresponding control systems (see the Section Combination of Devices, measuring instruments and control lamps and light indicators).

Situation 3 - start

At turn of a key in this situation there is an inclusion of a starter. After implementation of start of the engine the key should be released, and it will automatically return to the provision of "ON".

Buttons of an otpuskaniye of castle latches of a ware box and glasses compartment are located in the central part of the dashboard, to the right of the panel of deflectors.

By means of top of two buttons it is made otpuskany latches of the lock of office for points, lower - a ware box, between buttons the cylinder of the lock of locking of both covers is located. Locking of both covers is made at the same time by turn of a key in the lock cylinder with the subsequent extraction to the right.

On the models equipped with the traveling computer not the place of office for points display assembly which folding cover rises by means of the top button is established.

Button of an otpuskaniye of a latch of the lock of a cover of the luggage compartment

The button of a remote otpuskaniye of a latch of the lock of a cover of the luggage compartment is located in at the left in the top number of switches of the central console.

For an otpuskaniye of a latch press the button, - the built-in control light-emitting diode has to be activated.

After a latch otpuskaniye the cover of the luggage compartment leans back up in view of what it is necessary to track that there was the corresponding free space!

Switch of shutdown of devices of protection against towage/penetration into salon / control light-emitting diode of the anticreeping alarm system

At the corresponding complete set of the car activation of the considered devices happens automatically when locking doors/activation of the anticreeping alarm system.

Activation of sensors of volume of the device of protection against penetration into salon happens to a delay approximately in 60 seconds.

The switch of activation of the corresponding devices settles down the second at the left in the top number of switches of the central console and is equipped with the built-in control light-emitting diode of the anticreeping alarm system activated about 15 seconds later after locking of doors, - the light-emitting diode begins to blink evenly.

Shutdown of the corresponding protective system is made by pressing the corresponding section of a key of the switch after extraction of a key from the ignition lock, - the built-in control light-emitting diode has to light up quickly, then go out, confirming the shutdown fact. Further locking of the car and activation of the anticreeping alarm system from the DU panel can be made (see. Uniform lock). The corresponding device remains disconnected before the next locking of the car from the DU panel.

Switch of an otpuskaniye of clamps/management of functioning of the electric drive of adjustment of provision of head restraints of a back seat

Models with manual adjustment of back head restraints

At this complete set the otpuskaniye of clamps of head restraints of a back seat is carried out remotely by means of an average in the top number of console switches of the keyboard switch. Activation of the drive can be made only at the included ignition. For an otpuskaniye of clamps press the top part of a key, then make adjustment of provision of head restraints manually (see Adjustment of seats).

The switch of management of functioning of the electric drive of back head restraints is placed in the middle of the top number of console switches. Activation of the drive is possible only at the included ignition.

Additional switches of adjustment of height of provision of head restraints in an individual order are built in in armrests of back doors of the car, - the inclination of head restraints at the same time is established manually.

Adjustment of provision of head restraints is carried out by pressing the corresponding part of a key of the switch.

Switch of the drive of the uniform lock / control light-emitting diode of the anticreeping alarm system

The switch of the drive of the uniform lock settles down the second on the right in the top number of console switches.
Pressing the top section of the switch leads to locking of locks, on lower - to unlocking.

On the models which are not equipped with system of protection against penetration into salons/towages also control lamp of the anticreeping alarm system activated about 15 seconds later after locking of doors is built in a key of this switch, - the light-emitting diode begins to blink evenly.

Shutdown of the anticreeping alarm system happens automatically when unlocking doors of the car any of regular ways (see Doors).

Switch of the alarm system

Turning on of the alarm system is made by means of the extreme right button in the top number of console switches. The key of the switch is standardly equipped with an alarm lamp with the pictogram representing two triangles entered each other.

Turning on of the alarm system leads to simultaneous operation of all four indexes of turns (and their light indicators on an instrument guard of the car). The alarm system is intended for the warning of other participants of traffic of the compelled stop of the car and is used also in other dangerous situations provided by traffic regulations.

Keys of shutdown of antiprobuksovochny (ASR) and antistrange (ESP) of systems

Keys of shutdown of the ASR and ESP functions (see the Sections Traction Control System (ASR) and Electronic Antistrange System (ESP)) are located at the left above in the section of the central console second from above, ashtrays are more left.

Shutdown of systems is followed by activation of the precautionary control lamp which is built in the dial of a speedometer (see the Section Combination of Devices, measuring instruments and control lamps and light indicators).

Shutdown is made by pressing the top part of a key of the corresponding switch.

The switch of the modes of the automatic damping system (ADS)

The switch is located in the right top corner of the section of the central console second from above, to the right of an ashtray and allows to carry out switching of the modes of functioning of the ADS system exercising control of rigidity of a suspension bracket.

At activation of the mode of sports driving the control light-emitting diode which is built in a switch key lights up.

Switches of the modes of heating of seats

Two keyboard switches of the modes of heating of seats are located on both sides of a forward ashtray, in bottom corners of the section of the central console second from above and allow to activate two modes of heating of seats (normal and accelerated), and also to make shutdown of heaters.

Activation of heating of front seats is made provisions 1 and 2 of the ignition key, back - only in situation 2.

Activation of the normal mode is followed by operation of one of two control light-emitting diodes which are built in the switch. At the accelerated heating both light-emitting diodes light up.

Shutdown of heating is made as follows: if one built-in control light-emitting diode burns, it is necessary to press the top part of a key of the corresponding switch, two - on lower. Automatic shutdown of heating elements happens on a timer signal about 30 minutes of continuous functioning ТЭНов later.

Shutdown of heating of seats happens also at an overload of system of a charge or insufficient level of a charge of the rechargeable battery, - in this situation one or both control diodes (depending on the heating chosen the mode) will switch in the flashing mode. After removal of an overload (shutdown of excess consumers of the electric power) heating of seats will be activated automatically.

The switch is located in the left top corner of thirds from above of section of the central console, to the left of the lever of the selector of the AT/handle of gear shifting (RKPP).

Mode of folding/deployment of mirrors

The switch has a joystick design and is equipped with the rotary handle by means of which the choice of the mirror which is subject to adjustment, and also the choice of the modes of functioning of the electric drive is carried out (adjustment/folding).

For transition to the mode of adjustment of mirrors it is necessary to deploy the rotary handle a nose in the direction of the corresponding pictogram, then to carry out actually adjustment by a joystick deviation in the corresponding direction

For folding of mirrors for the period of the parking or before a wash of the car it is necessary to deploy the rotary handle a nose down and to wring out the joystick down, - both mirrors will nestle on glasses of the doors. Deployment of mirrors is made by push-up of the joystick up.

In order to avoid vibration of mirrors during the movement develop them completely.
The chosen provision of external rear-view mirrors can be written down in memory of the onboard processor together with data on provisions of a steering column / wheel and seats (see the Section Adjustment of Seats)

Main switches of management of functioning of the electric drive of window regulators

Four individual switches of management of functioning of the electric drive of door window regulators are located on the central console on the right and to the left of assembly of the lever of the selector of the AT/handle of gear shifting (RKPP).

Each switch allows to activate the drive of the regulator of a window regulator of the corresponding door. The toddler located between switches of the left doors allows to block in case of need a possibility of activation of regulators of window regulators of back doors from individual door switches by shift it to the right, - the pictogram about the image of the little man has to open.

Functioning of window regulators becomes possible only in provisions 1 or 2 of the lock of ignition, and also in situation 0 at open any of forward doors of the car.

For lowering of glass it is necessary to press the lower part of a key of the corresponding switch. A pull of glass is made when pressing the top part of a key.

The design of the drive of regulators of window regulators of forward doors allows to make also machine translation of glasses in extreme top or lower situation. For activation of function of automatic raising / lowering of glass it is necessary to drown the relevant party of the switch, having overcome resistance point, then to release a key, - glass will pass into extreme top/lower situation. The stop of the automatic drive of a window regulator can be made by repeated pressing the relevant party of a key.

At emergence of a hindrance when raising glass in the top part of its course process of the movement of the regulator stops then glass falls a little down.

At shutdown of onboard food there is a deactivation of function of automatic raising / lowering of glasses for which restoration lift glass against the stop and continue to hold the top part of the key of the corresponding switch pressed within about 1 more second.

Closing of door glasses can be made also from the DU panel of the uniform lock (see. Uniform lock)

Switch of the Parktronic (PTS) system

The keyboard switch of deactivation of PTS is located directly under the selector lever the AT/handle of gear shifting (RKPP) and equipped with the built-in control light-emitting diode which is activated at the disconnected system.

Repeated activation of PTS is made automatically when turning the ignition key in situation 2.

Connection to a turnbuckle of an electrical wiring of the trailer leads to automatic shutdown of PTS.

Switch of management of functioning of the electric drive of a horizontal/vertical blind of back glass

The switch of management of functioning of the electric drive of a blind of back glass is located on the central console, under the selector lever with the AT/handle of gear shifting (RKPP) on the right.

The drive functions only in provisions 1 or 2 of the ignition key.

The control panel of the traveling computer is located on the central console of the car, directly under the selector lever with the AT/handle of gear shifting (RKPP).

Three action buttons are a part of the panel: (Limit), (Start) and (Purpose), one button of switching of access to data К/L (To = memory of short distances, L = memory of long distances) and four buttons of input of digital values: 1000, 100, 10 and 1.

Display

On models without traveling computer instead of display assembly the glasses compartment is equipped.

1 — the Button of opening of a cover

The display of a conclusion of data is located in the central part of the dashboard, directly over assembly of deflectors of systems of ventilation/heating of salon and is equipped with a lifting cover where the glasses compartment is located on models without computer.

For opening of the screen of the display it is necessary to press the button

Lowering of a cover of the display does not lead to suspension of functioning of the computer, - control of speed admissible limit of the movement (Limit) continues to be exercised.

Activation of the computer happens when turning the ignition key in situation 2, - the display the message of "AB START" (Will be displayed from the moment of start) and a letter "To" memory of short distances.

Press the button and hold its pressed before giving of a sound signal (in the left corner of the display the inscription of the corresponding content will be highlighted, then by means of digital buttons enter value of speed limit of the movement of the car which will be controlled by the computer.

For input confirmation once again quickly press the button. Since the present moment the computer will control observance of speed admissible limit of the movement of the car, notifying the driver on its excess by means of delivery visual (indication on the display screen) and sound (a gong, lasting about 4 c) signals. For shutdown of a gong it is enough to press any of buttons of the control panel of the traveling computer, - activation of a gong happens automatically at insertion of a key in the ignition lock.

At input of speed limit below 10 km/h operation of an alarm gong is blocked.

Function of monitoring of route parameters from the moment of start ()

This function allows to trace such route parameters as run length from the moment of start, time in way, the average speed of the movement and average fuel consumption.

Activation of the mode is made by means of the button. Calculation of parameters can be made in two independent modes: mode of short distances (K) and mode of long distances (L). Switching of the modes is made by means of the K/L button, - in the left corner of the screen of the display the corresponding letter is highlighted.

For dumping of data it is necessary to press the button "" before giving of a sound signal.

If after a car stop the key is again inserted into the lock of a shaft of a steering wheel and turns in situation 2 memory of short distances is dumped, - on the display the message of "AB START" and a letter will blink "To". Data of monitoring of the last trip remain until the inscription "AB START" and a letter continue to blink "To" (throughout no more than 2 km). For this purpose quickly press the button.

Function of calculation of parameters of a route of the set length (Ziel)

This function allows to trace such route parameters as distance to the chosen purpose (it is entered by the user), estimated time of arrival, a stock of the course and average fuel consumption.

Calculation of parameters can be made in two independent modes: mode of short distances (K) and mode of long distances (L). Switching of the modes is made by means of the K/L button, - in the left corner of the screen of the display the corresponding letter is highlighted.

For input of distance to the planned purpose press the button and hold its pressed before giving of a sound signal (the display the message "BIS ZIEL" will be displayed, and the left bottom corner the letter of L will be highlighted.

Further by means of digital buttons enter value of length of a route which parameters will be traced by the computer. For input confirmation once again quickly press the button.

Dumping of data on average fuel consumption is possible in the Start mode.

At installation of time of the devices of hours which are built in in a combination (see the Section Combination of Devices, measuring instruments and control lamps and light indicators) the current time is automatically displayed on the display. Hours are used for calculation of arrival time. For switching off of indication of indications of hours press any of action buttons (or).

Individual switches of management of functioning of the electric drive of window regulators of back doors

Keyboard switches are built in in armrests of back doors. The principle of their action is similar described above for the corresponding main switches (see the Combination of devices, measuring instruments and control lamps and light indicators).

Protection of rear-view mirrors against dazzle of the driver the reflected light

Protection is activated automatically at turn of a key in the ignition lock in situation 2, - the mirror switches in the corresponding mode depending on a hade of rays of light to its reflecting surface.

Activation of protective switching will happen only in case light freely gets on the sensors which are built in in a mirror. This condition can not be satisfied at towage of the trailer or closing of a blind of back glass.
