Fuel Pump of High Pressure (FPHP)

Removal

Details of installation of the fuel pump high pressure (FPHP)


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Remove a distributive pipe of supply of compressed air.
3. Remove the forcing fuel-supply lines.
4. Remove the vacuum pump.
5. Install the aligning plug (022).
6. Weaken the central bolt (40/3).
7. Bring the engine into situation 14 ° + 0.5 ° after VMT of the piston of the first cylinder (shooter).
8. Turn off the central bolt (40/3).
9. Remove a natyazhitel of a chain.
10. Disconnect the socket of conducting of TNVD (Y23/1).
11. Turn off conducting of the engine from the case of an oil filter
12. Disconnect the conducting socket from the gate-type electronic IFI (Y1/1) valve.
13. Disconnect fuel-supply lines (shooters) from TNVD.
14. Turn off bolts (10/3 and (10/1).
15. Weaken a bolt (30/1) of the device of adjustment of the beginning of supply of fuel.
16. Remove TNVD (10).
17. Replace sealing rings (10/4).

Installation

Installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.
