Removal

Details of installation of the panel of an upholstery of a forward door

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the window regulator handle.
2. Remove a triangular cover (2) of an external rear-view mirror.
3. Disconnect the conducting socket from a bulb (3) indications of opening of a door and remove it.
4. Remove the wooden panel (4) (shooter).
5. Disconnect conducting sockets from switches and regulators.
6. Turn off bolts (5) on perimeter of the handle of opening of a door.
7. Disconnect a cover (6) on an armrest and turn off a bolt (7).
8. Uncover SRS (8) and turn off a bolt (9).
9. Remove a slip (10).
10. Press a covering (1) in a door from below, in front and behind.
11. Remove a covering (1) from clamps by means of the screw-driver and after a while remove it from the internal panel of a door.
12. Disconnect a cable of management (11).
13. Remove a covering (1).
14. Check a film and clamps on the internal panel of a door and if it is necessary, replace it.
15. Check clamps on a covering (1) and if it is necessary, replace it.

Installation

Installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.

Back doors

Details of installation of the panel of an upholstery of a back door

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a bulb of indication of opening of a door.
2. Turn off bolts of fastening of a blocking plate (2) and remove it.
3. Disconnect the wooden panel by means of the tool 140 589 16 63 00, having inserted it between the wooden panel and an upholstery on the door panel.
4. Take the wooden panel.
5. Remove the wooden panel.
6. Turn off bolts on perimeter of the handle of opening of a door.
7. Vypressuyte a door upholstery from the door panel from below, in front and behind by means of the plastic screw-driver (there are 9 clamps).
8. Since a forward top (i) part, take the upholstery panel from the channel so that it was at the same time released from the door panel from below.
9. Disconnect conducting sockets from a covering.

Installation

Installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.
